Location for us was excellent as we were at appointments at the Royal Perth Hospital which is about a 3 minute walk away. We have booked a room for next week. Our room was very nice, bed was comfortable
Everything was good for us although I felt that the dinner portions were a bit small, food was delicious. The hotel was everything we needed for our overnight stay in Perth

Didn’t had breakfast in Mercure during our stay
All good

Nice location, compact hotel, friendly staff, excellent bed, very clean and fresh, lunch and dinner great, coffee excellent, beer on tap.
Didn't like being charged for a late check-out for a hotel that wasn't exactly booked out.

Location was good, staff were friendly.
We asked for rooms close to each other and we were all floors apart, could not use the elevators freely to get to each room on our booking.
No water in fridges, kettle was broken. Smelt dusty.
