Clean, comfortable, and close to plenty of food options.
Some of the curtains could have been cleaner and the toilet roll holder was not attached to the wall.

Location sown by the river and next to Langley Park was perfect. The staff were very helpful from booking to departing. We needed luggage storage for the day of departure and the guy went above and beyond to help with that. Beds were comfy, kitchenette useful. Cheapest motel laundry we experienced . $2 each wash, dry and powder.
Nothing.

Easy check in and out. Location. Price.
No towels provided aside floor mat and a hand towel. Main bed was uncomfortable. Staircase [outside room] dirty and unpresentable.
