Warm welcome by landlord who checked us in and showed us to our room. Facilities fine for an overnight stay.
Couldn't get TV to work. Reported it to landlord who came up to try and sort it out but unsuccessful.

The housekeeping team in particular went above and beyond to help us. We were attending a wedding that day ..."
