Only one grip, there was a function on at the hotel and we could hear it until late.

Lovely room comfortable bed and a fabulous pillow. Had a view over the river and it was really quiet at night. Overall a lovely weekend break. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
Only one little niggle and that was the bathroom door didn’t shut properly but only there for 1 night so not a big problem.

It was pleasant on entrance
Lifts were fast
2 friendly members of staff rest could have been more attentive
Room was not soundproof
We paid for a extra large room bed was big but no bath , no bottled water, no slippers , no bath robes as per description
