The location was great. The room was as expected and clean.

The check in process was slow.

Location and it does feel special

Mattress was very firm and uncomfortable

Location was great. Valet parking was available. Food was amazing... Staff were friendly.... Lovely and clean. Really nice hotel.

Bed was too soft for my own personal liking. Noise coming from windows kept me up most of the night.. it was like fireworks/ popping noise but can't control the weather. Wasn't told where the pool was or if we was allowed in it. Also paid 243 for one night... I at least expected my kettle to work.

Location ok, nice bar downstairs! Very attentive staff which most probably saves this hotel!!

Rooms are outdated and worn. Cleanliness could be better.
