Great location, staff was amazing.
But the room and bathroom was very small, and a little old.
Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, very soft.

The room and bathroim were of high quality but very small. We needed to open the window on this hot night for a breeze and that neant some noise. But overalll, the experience was good and we would mentuob to others vusitung Londin.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is on a very central location, with easy access to the main London attractions. The only negative is the rooms positions: if tou get a basement or first floor apartment, forget the view. The window, in one of our apartments could not be opened and was blanked, so no view at all.
