Centrally located for all attractions. Parking available at a small cost. Staff were very informative and helpful.

Great location, lovely helpful staff. Spacious rooms.
Breakfast room is small and when full is difficult to move around. Beds are quite hard.

Position of the hotel for the castle, cathedral and plenty of eating places
The Breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests despite there being a time allocation

Staff were good. Nice comfy bed, water nice and hot, when available! Good location
Breakfast gluten free was catered for, but choice generally was the same everyday, there was different yogurts the first day but never seen again. It would have been helpful to have dirty dishes removed from breakfast table rather than have to look for somewhere to put them
