Nothing much. Property seems worn down
Thia hotel is not in Chelsea as the name would suggest but in Chelsea Harbour. No tube access. Far off center. Check the address before booking.
Very poor breakfast selection.
Loud guests in neighbouring rooms.
Staff not really friendly and not helpful.
Entire place worn down and not very clean.
Would not stay there again.

The personal and friendly welcome we received from Akanksha on our arrival at the hotel. She offered and was able to give our daughter who was also going to be staying at the hotel a room near ours.
The hotel breakfast which offered an attractive and fresh range of foods which catered for our differing needs - vegetarian, vegan, omnivore, gluten free. We were also pleased that our elder daughter, not staying at the hotel, was able to join us for breakfast. Thankyou.
