Sophie made our stay exceptional!
The master bedroom was a prefect size for us as a family of 3.
Breakfast and dinner were delicious
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was soon sorted when we brought it to the hotels attention

Breakfast and afternoon tea excellent.
Evening meal very ordinary and unimaginative, like average pub food. Cold mash and very undercooked vegetables on one occasion about which a complaint was lodged. A lift would have been welcome.
