The location and view from the room, l stayed for one night, l did not use any of the facilities while l was there, so l couldn't comment.

The room for me is outdated, a mark on the wall which l feel could have been wiped off. The bed was to soft, the room felt tired, although the room was clean and so was the hotel. The staff were friendly and there's parking to the front and back..For a 1 night stay perfect l personally couldn't say longer with the bed being to soft. The hotel has a gym and spa and onsite restaurant and bar which to me seemed to be fairly priced so that was good.

Nice hotel, comfy, clean

The service & food was really bad on this occasion, finished our food before the drinks arrived, 1 meal was inedible as burnt, there was a wedding party in so I think the kitchen & bar were pushed hence the level of service suffered as the last time I stayed I couldn’t fault it, to their credit they did not charge for the inedible meal and done some other things as an apology, - staff were great about it and was probably just a one off

Good location and looks impressive on first glance. Room was adequate but not overly clean - quite a few long black hairs in our room, none of us have black or long hair! Communal areas were also shabby in parts, and the bar tables were sticky. Bar prices were reasonable though, and breakfast was enough to fill us up, small details like having no yoghurt and the coffee machine dispensing only frothy milk for a hot chocolate were frustrating but not enough to spoil our day!
