Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good lounge area and facilities.
Nothing in particular.

The size of the bed. The bath tub. The location was proximal to Terminal 5.
Bathroom lighting was too dark. Women need bright and natural light in the morning!
The Hotel Hopper Bus did not show up as scheduled and we had to scramble for a taxi. A dedicated Sheraton Hotel bus should be considered.
