We had to pay extra for Breakfast but there was a great choice on offer. The bar was a bit on the expensive side but the overall cost of the hotel was reasonable considering its location so close to the terminals at Heathrow. The staff were very professional and helpful. Overnight parking was reasonable at £15 and there is the benefit of 16 Tesla chargers open to non-teslas if you drive an EV.
Despite the excellent double glazing the was some noise from aircraft landing after 05:00 in the morning as our room overlooked the North Runway. If you are a light sleeper, try to get a room on the other side of the hotel.

Omelette was served on a cold plate and was over cooked by a fairly cheerless cook. Service at table was a little slow. Bar meal at night was excellent but served without knife and fork initially.

Good location for Heathrow Airport

Great service at check-in and very helpful in terms of giving me relevant information about how to get to the airport extremely early the next morning.
The bathroom was not clean. I think someone must have vomited on the floor and it hadn't been properly cleaned. I didn't notice in the evening (although I realised it smelled bad) but then realised in the morning and it made me feel very ill!
