the room assigned was damp and have strong mouldy smell. front desk changed the room and it was good.

The staff were friendly, the room, bed, and bathroom were clean, the facilities were decent, breakfast had a good variety of food, and the complimentary cookies were a nice touch.
Parking Is a Nightmare! How can a hotel of this standard not provide sufficient parking for its guests? I actually had to park by the roadside. Seriously? Guests pay to stay at a hotel, not to worry about whether their cars are safe outside, especially during the rainy season. This is completely unacceptable.
No Water Dispenser? Seriously?
Not even a Coway or proper water dispenser for guests? Even some 3-star hotels provide this basic convenience. For a 4-star resort carrying the Hilton name, this is honestly embarrassing. Guests shouldn't have to struggle to get drinking water at a hotel of this standard.
Breakfast Service Was Unacceptable!
Breakfast was extremely crowded, making the dining experience uncomfortable. But what annoyed me the most was returning from the buffet to find that the staff had CLEARED MY TABLE even though I HAD NOT FINISHED EATING! Excuse me, who gave the staff permission to assume I was done eating? I simply went to get more food, and my table was cleared without checking with me first. This is basic hospitality. If the hotel is busy, train your staff to communicate with guests instead of clearing their tables carelessly. Absolutely disappointing service.
