I would particularly like to commend Mr. Elvin from the Front Office team, who assisted us during check-in. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a warm and pleasant smile.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to Ms. Rajammal from the Café team, the pool attendant, the housekeeping staff, and all other team members. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service.
Their dedication, hospitality, and professionalism made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.
The only minor disappointment during our stay was the room view. We had initially assumed that all rooms offered a sea-facing view and would have been more than happy to upgrade and pay the additional cost for a sea-view room had we been aware of the differences at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we were informed that no sea-view rooms were available during our stay.
We also noted that the rate we paid through Booking.com was very similar to the price of a sea-facing room. However, the room allocated to us was located on a lower floor and overlooked trees rather than the sea, despite our request for a higher-floor room.
While this did not significantly impact our overall experience, we felt it was worth mentioning as a point for consideration and improvement.
