Staff was extremely helpful and understanding very concerned with our comfort. Breakfast was delicious and various option offered. Location was an easy walk to the city center and other attractions. We would stay here when we come back.

Comfort and location
The service policy. I was woken up in the middle of the night (3am!) by mistake by the reception and no effort was made to redress the fact that it ruined my night and my stay.
