The modern apartment was very comfortable and had everything we could need. The style was impeccable and super sleek. It felt really luxurious. The staff is so nice and attentive. We were really lucky as the beach was free from sargassum so enjoyed our days at the beach. It was really effortless and worry free holiday.
The main areas of the hotel, restaurants, and the little “Village” are and look so old and tired, they are in need of an urgent TLC. The Italian restaurant was closed, so it felt like only the bar was available. Before there was an Art Gallery, and a sweet treats parlor that felt so cute and cool. Now there’s like a cafe like shop with sandwiches, ice cream, etc. but it didn’t feel special. We never felt compelled to go in. The top pool was closed for repairs and it felt like more areas with lounge chairs were needed.

finding a subbed at anytime of day is never a problem and if you know you know. lots of pools to select from and nice vibe at night
walking to the rooms at the top in the midday sun was very hot. Be nice if they issue golf cart for guests to use

The grounds are beautiful and the groundskeeping staff does a great job maintaining the property. Atop the rugged St. Philip coastline overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Crane Resort is a treasure!
It would be helpful to the environment if Crane Resort had a recycling program in place. It hurts to see so much plastic and glass disposed of in the trash.

Well maintained and a nice variety of facilities to use. Nice fitness center. Nice private beach but water is full of seaweed at this time of year which is impossible to control. Beach was well maintained
The unit itself was cramped and had a severe lack of storage for a vacation rental. Why have a kitchen if there is no where except the refrigerator to put food supplies? An ice maker in the freezer would be nice, or at least some ice cube trays, after all there was a lovely ice bucket….just no ICE! Why take away a quarter of the closet space with an iron and ironing board when there were other options? Why no space for a dresser or make up desk in the bedroom? Why have a shower mat when you can’t open the shower door without it being swept up by the shower door? Why no place to store suitcases and all of the eye candy pillows that made the bed and couch unusable. By the time we got the place so we could use it it looked like a storage locker. And my partner had to do her makeup at the dining table.
The kitchen had all of the appliances located in the middle of the galley kitchen counter, exactly where you wanted a work surface. So I moved them all to the end section of the counter only to discover there was no place to plug them in! Did the design team not know you can get dishwashers that go directly under the sink when you have limited space? Form follows function. I’m a forty year architect. The design team should be fired!
I stayed in four different accommodations during my month long stay on the island. The Crane had the nicest finishes and was the LEAST comfortable and functional. Very disappointed….
