Food was brilliant, staff were friendly and felt very safe

Everything! I really don't understand how someone can find something to complain about. From the staff to the facilities everything was great. The room was nice, quiet with a hairdryer and kettle. Food was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. The self-service stations were brilliant. The staff are always helpful and smiling. Special mention goes to Monika and older gentlemen (I'm sorry don't know the name) from reception. When you have a late flight you can still enjoy the day there and on the end you can use the shower in the room just ask in reception. Fantastic!

Meals were incredible and staff were extremely helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. The room had a free safe (which gave a little trouble but was sorted by technician) and a reasonably large fridge.
Hotel was a little dated and more repairs could be carried out. Otherwise it was the perfect choice for us.

I liked the location of the hotel, yes it was quiet but had a few bars and restaurants and cafes. We actually walked into puerto del carmen it took a steady hour to walk to the harbour or got the bus outside the hotel cost just over a euro it was great.
Food could’ve been hotter in main restaurant.
