Nothing , it was rural just like we wanted . Roads to the location are rough but worth it !

Really beautiful property with amazing views of the Sapa hills and mountains. The room was very spacious with a lovely balcony and it was really clean. The location is wonderful for the village, it is a much nicer area to stay than Sapa town too, felt more relaxing and clam. The staff were lovely and the pho for breakfast is yummy.
The shower floor is very slippy we did put a towel down to stop falling over

The property is really lovely, staff so helpful, great breakfast. We loved the location, 20 mins outside the village was a nice change from being in a city. Felt tranquil and relaxing.
Sound proofing didn’t protect us from the inconsiderate guests next door.

The bungalows are situated over looking the rice fields and it’s an absolutely beautiful views. It’s very peaceful and we were pleased to stay near Ta Van village and experience village life as opposed to stay in Sapa. Every day we got to see the beautiful views.
We were very happy staying there. Unfortunately there was no espresso coffee but it was only a short walk to the village to nearby restaurant.
