Staff super helpful, helped me get an extra day reservation and check out late from my previous room and check in earlier to the other room. Shout out to Karmal!!

Maximo was absolutely incredible, also had a delay checking out and the man working in the morning looked after our things and was wonderful, one of my favourite places I have ever stayed. Me and my partner had such a special time. Special thanks to Maximo who went above and beyond≥

We had chosen the hotel for it's proximity to the Paradiso as we were attending a concert. We ate and drank locally and there was plenty of choice.
We were aware that the hotel did not have a lift but were honestly not expecting the stairs to be so steep and curved. It made carrying bags up and down extremely difficult. Our party of 4 were all in our 60s and 70s and we managed but we are all pretty fit.
The bathroom was adequate but very small.
