The receptionist mr peaceborn is a priceless treasure with his professional approach, super local advice,a safe environment, and a brilliant perfect location for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants! The only thing i hated were the small steps which really need remodelling pls,as i do intend to return with my family

Great location and great value for money.
Room is a bit smaller than the advertised photos. Our room was at the front of the building and you can hear lots of outside noise. Probably not a long term stay hotel.

The location is simply unbeatable — you are right in the middle of everything,- with a beautiful view of Damrak !
But what made my stay extra special was the lovely guy at the reception ( sorrry! I forgot your name! ). He was SO helpful, incredibly friendly, and genuinely kind. ❤️ His warm welcome made me feel so comfortable and added such a lovely touch to the whole experience.
