First of all Nana the receptionst left great impressions. He was super cool, friendly and with a great energy. Rooms are comfortable despite they are small. Loved the free bar and coffee updates daily. Lovely, clean and staff was friendly.
Prices if they are better we would stay every year at this hotel

The location is okay, public transportation is available in a few minites walk. It may be a bit noisy from the outside (a major road is not far away) but that goes away if you shut the window.
It would be really nice if there was a selection of pillows and blankets with different thicknesses and warmth. I prefer thinner pillows and colder blankets, so had to adapt to those provided in the room.

Everything was good

Everything was fine, nothing of note, either good or bad. The room was a good size, and the location was good for easily getting in the the centre of the city, either on foot, by public transport or via Uber.
I expected a little more from this venue after reading online about the chain and its willingness to go above and beyond. Sadly, did not experience this in any way, other than one friendly member of the bar staff who took the time to ask me why I was there, and then provide me with suggestions on where to visit, along with a map.
