The hotel is outside Amsterdam but conveniently located close to the Overamstel train station. It allows staying a bit away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We came by car and on weekend street parking is available for free, which is a bonus.
The bed was a little on the soft side but otherwise we had a very comfortable stay.

Proximity to the metro and access to city.
That’s the 3rd year I'm coming to this hotel. Unfortunately, whatever time I have a breakfast, and even if they just bring a new plate of fried eggs, these eggs are cold, always.
The sink in bathroom was clogged.

Property was not up to the standards I paid for. Had to visit front desk few times before suitable room was given
