The staff in this hotel are exceptional. As a foreigner travelling somewhere I don’t speak the language more than a few polite phrases, to feel welcomed and just treated with a smile definitely helps to calm the anxiety and language barrier.
The hotel itself was great, super clean in a fantastic location.

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel is modern, new and well maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Tsukiji metro station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good, with plenty of options to start the day. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Tokyo!
The rooms are quite small, which is of course similar to many hotels in Tokyo. There is also very limited closet and storage space for clothes. If you are travelling with large suitcases, there is hardly any room to store them, so they end up taking up most of the floor space.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite! They helped me set up a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend and we both had a wonderful time. Definitely want to stay there again next time we are in japan. 10 out of 10
