Peja nice and small city and you can visit Prizren city or Pristina city ( capital city of Kosovo ) in the same day and come bake to the resort , i think it is only 80 Km between these cities.
- You have to rent a car to visit the Peja city ( 15 min. drive ) in order to see the city as well as some restaurants and coffee shops
- The staff need to have more respectful to their gusts especially during my check in on 30the Sep. @ approx. 5:00 - 6:00 pm because when i asked them about the hotel and other services and my reservation seems that they do not want to answer or they seems to be a grimace to us .
- The breakfast need to be improved and have more hot dishes to be served like eggs dishes and pancake
- the room is small ( for 2 persons is not enough )

ā¢ The architecture and the surrounding landscape are beautiful and very inviting.
ā¢ Convenient parking is available right in front of the property.
ā¢ Itās nice that thereās a playground for children and some animals (ducks, dogs, fish) to see.
ā¢ The overall concept of the property is really well thought out.
ā¢ The Maisonette rooms are quite impressive in terms of design.
ā¢ The restaurant is ok..
ā¢ The Maisonette rooms and the surrounding area felt quite cold. Even after turning on the heating, both the room and the floor stayed cold, so we had to wear sweaters indoors to stay warm.
ā¢ Itās not really a place where you can expect a spa experience, as everything feels rather chillyāand thereās no fitness area as written.
ā¢ When we asked to use the sauna in the afternoon, it was cold as well. So we couldnāt use it.
ā¢ The restaurant staff didnāt close the door to the outdoor area even after we asked, so smoke came inside, which was unpleasant for non-smokers while eating. You walk in the restaurant and it smells like smoke..
ā¢ The young staff could be more enthusiastic and welcoming. We were left standing there without any response. They still need to learn proper manners..
We visited in early October, and it was already quite cold, so the overall atmosphere could have been adjusted a bit better to that. The atmosphere could have been adjusted better to the colder October weather. We asked if it was normal for it to be so cold, but we didnāt get any response. We were hoping to spend two relaxing days, but unfortunately, it didnāt quite live up to that..
