The hotel is in a perfect location for anyone catching an early flight or arriving late at night. The free 24-hour airport transfer made the commute incredibly seamless and smooth.
Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. The room was a great, comfortable size with plenty of space to relax. Having a delicious breakfast included in the stay was a massive plus before heading to the airport. I highly recommend Best Western Hotel Galla to any traveler looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service near Pristina!

I was taken there from the airport after going to the Mara transport desk, who arranged for a taxi for me at no cost. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was provided for and there was tea and coffee as well. The television had many channels in English. I only stayed for about 6 hours because I had to catch a late night flight back to the UK, but it was good to be able to relax in comfort beforehand. A shuttle was provided to take me back to the airport.
The batteries had run out in the tv remote control, but I was not there for long and was still able to operate the tv

The staff, the two brothers that we met (specially the one in the front desk and the other one in the restaurant) were Excellent !!
Sorry I forgot their names.
The one in the front desk did everything possible to help us find a room with an air conditioning that would work.
We switched rooms 3 times that afternoon. During the whole frustrating process he was very kind and apologetic.
His attitude was excellent and had great disposition to help us any way possible. He even help us and negotiated for us finding a private chauffeur car to drive us to Sarande Albania 🇦🇱
The two drivers were very good.
Location was so close to the airport and very practical.
Very good breakfast.
Manager very friendly and nice.
Air conditionings did not cool the room. They seem to have a problem, the room was very warm/hot and made it hard to sleep.
