the person on reception was really helpful provided maps and details of access to property and assured us that they would be available to sort out any difficulties.
Finding the property was not that easy. there was a high step just inside the property there should have been some warning about this potential hazard

Fantastic location. Close to central Bologna without being too noisy. Good restaurants and cafes within 30 seconds.
More information pre-checking in that the apartment and check in were a 10 minute walk apart. On the first night our aircon didn’t work but this was sorted when raised the next day.

Host was super! Our train was cancelled in Piacenza, so late night reservation. Host helped us in every way. Apartment was super clean and modern. Beds comfortable. Very safe and secure.
Two flights up stairs. No elevator. (I had way too much luggage coming from extensive travels). My fault.

The beds were really uncomfortable, for 4 days the cleaning personnel didn’t visit our room
