About this cottage rental
You will love the central location of this charming stand alone cottage just over one block from the cobblestones of lower Main Street! (17a Washington St, across from flagpole). The 1 bedroom is well equipped with high end appliances, washer, dryer, central air conditioner, two flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room, pull out sofa in Livingroom). Gleaming hardwood floors, wainscoting on walls, cathedral ceilings, new kitchen, new bathroom, new everything! High end kitchen with refrigerator, range, dishwasher and wine cooler. This cottage will comfortably hold a couple. All you can wish for with shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops all a very short and lovely walk. If you prefer to have a car let us know, as there is parking available.
Lastly, we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Delightful experience on Nantucket. Great location, clean and comfortable cottage with all you need. The host was very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the town and island again. It couldn’t have been better. Thanks!

Great location, especially if you want to stay around downtown and/or do not have a car - everything is very walkable. Nice little place. Hosts were responsive when needed.

The cottage was perfect and extremely clean. We will look to rent here again when we come back. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and had no issues during our trip.
