Welcome to your relaxing North Shore getaway in Kuilima Estates East, located on the grounds of Turtle Bay Resort. This spacious loft-style condo overlooks the iconic Arnold Palmer golf course and is just a 5-minute walk or quick 2-minute drive to the resort, beaches, dining, and activities.
Located within a luxury gated community, guests enjoy reserved parking for one vehicle, two private pools, BBQ areas, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Spend your evenings watching the sunset from Turtle Bay’s pool bar or lobby bar, enjoy oceanfront dining at Roy’s Beach House, or visit the local favorite, Lei Lei’s Bar & Grill — all just a short walk away.
The condo features an airy open-concept layout with natural trade winds and cooling breezes throughout. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, rice cooker, and a coffee station with a coffee maker that accommodates both whole bean and ground coffee.
Upstairs, the loft bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and includes a king bed, built-in closet, desk workspace, and dresser storage. Please note: due to the spiral staircase, the unit is not suitable for young children.
The living room features a newly purchased queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper, a 65” Samsung Smart TV, and peaceful views of the courtyard, pool, and golf course. Step outside onto the private lanai to enjoy cool island breezes and a tranquil courtyard setting framed by tropical greenery.
The bathroom includes a spacious vanity area, walk-in shower, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
For comfort year-round, the condo includes ceiling fans in both the loft and living room, along with air conditioning units in each space.
Private high-speed WiFi is available throughout the unit. Guests can enjoy digital cable on the Samsung Smart TV and log into their personal streaming services during their stay.
Keyless self check-in allows for easy arrival anytime after check-in time.

If you're anything like me and spend hours scrolling through hundreds of vacation rentals before finally booking one, let me save you the time—just book this one! We were looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of Waikīkī, and this condo exceeded every expectation. The location was absolutely perfect; close to beautiful beaches, a grocery store, amazing local food trucks, and great restaurants, while still being peaceful and relaxing. The gated property also gave us an extra sense of security. The host was fantastic! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The condo itself was spotless, well-organized, and the perfect size for our family. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail had been thought of, and it was stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated having access to the beach chairs and umbrella, which we used almost every day, and the washer and dryer made packing and traveling so much easier.This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. We wouldn't change a thing and would book this property again without hesitation. If you're on the fence, stop looking. You won't regret choosing this place!

This was an awesome place to stay at North Shore. Close proximity to the beach, the turtle bay resort, a pool, and the unit was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was totally stocked up with everything we needed to cook at home as well as some delicious coffee that was provided. There was plenty of everyday items to make our stay complete. The washer and dryer was a plus too. Would definitely recommend. Mahalo, Ginger!

Pack lightly, Tropical Loft has everything you need. Home away from home. Ginger responds very quickly and is a wonderful host. We Enjoyed the beautiful condo.

The place was clean and it had a few nice amenities like a small busy pool nearby. However, for the price, it was not worth the high cost. It says for 4 people but there is only a loft as the “bedroom” which is nice except that you risk a fall every time you go up the circular stairs. The other bed is an extremely uncomfortable couch bed. I would be fine to deal with the stairs and couch bed if the price wasn’t so high. Not worth it!
