Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. The room was clean, they provided most kitchen supplies, what we didn’t find were tongs and pizza pan. The bikes were a nice bonus. Walking distance to the beach/Turtle Bay. The only AC unit is in the bedroom, but the breeze was great and it helped cool down the living room area. The only downside was we had a neighbor who smoked and we couldn’t keep the windows and patio door open too long.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The place was perfect! The AC in the bedroom was great. Washing machine and dryer was great to have. We used the fins onsite when we went snorkeling.

Great location and unit - we unfortunately checked in the day of the Kona Low 2.0 so had to depart the Northshore early but the property manager responded ultra quickly and helped us with our decision making. Will for sure return next time to the beautiful Northshore
