The hotel is very nicely appointed. Very modern. The location is near great food, great shopping, and sites to visit.
Once you reach the property it’s almost like a speakeasy as the building entrance belies the hotel itself
Nothing really

The room is very spacious with a modern interior. But they also have smaller rooms. So it depends.
24-hour front desk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff was very attentive.
The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of local dishes, with new options every single day.
Perfect location. Located directly across from Teatro San Carlo, and our room had an inside view of Galleria Umberto.
The soundproofing is not optimal. During the day, you could hear people outside on the street and inside the Galleria. You could also hear the front desk talking, the phone ringing, and the breakfast preparation in the morning. However, it was completely quiet at night, so we slept very well.
The breakfast room is a bit small and could get crowded, though it was fine most of the time.
A bit pricey compared to other hotels.
The Wi-Fi was quite inconsistent. My wife could stream, but sometimes she had problems to connect at all. On my iPad, games took longer time to load than usual.

Fantastic location. Professional front desk staff. Go out of their way to make sure your stay is a good one. Comfy bed, excellent AC, great view of the galleria! In the evening I asked for some specific local dishes, and as a long time local resident they provided nice recommendations for the area. Had a very early flight scheduled, so that evening they arranged a taxi for me and had a breakfast ready to go for me in the morning. Excellent service.
I was fine, just be aware if you have large luggage or a larger group - Inconvenient entrance / a little hard to find / with a very small elevator (as expected for a building in this part of town) - but well worth any small effort once you're inside.

Central location
The quality of breakfast and the towels is very poor. The bathroom smells and we needed to have the fan on all the time. The bathroom of my daughters’ room locked by itself during the night and no one could open it so during the night they had to use the public toilet at the end of the corridor.
The entrance to the hotel is very shabby and the area outside it is full of rubbish and in general is very noisy. However the hotel is very close to some interesting places and that wad very convenient.
