The team could not have been more supportive after we got stuck on the M1 and arrived after hours. The room was spotless and very comfortable and had lots of character. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had
Nothing, it was a lovely stay

The room was comfy, cosy and spotlessly clean.
The pub was great, fab atmosphere, loved the pods outside and seeing the castle.
All the staff were absolutely fantastic - professional, friendly, we were really looked after when we were having our meal. We were constantly checked on by staff to make sure we had everything we needed, could not fault anyone at all.
Beautiful food, we had 3 course evening meal and breakfast, absolutely delicious.
Loved the location, so quiet and a prime location for history which is what we sought.
Amazing stay and experience, we will definitely return.
Loved everything!
