Great location and very friendly staff !
No duvet to sleep so when cold hard to sleep, old tv without any app on it for international.

Great room size as we decided to upgrade to the suite. Had a bath and shower which was nice. Bed was comfy and the room was generally clean. A little dated in areas and could do with a little make over but was perfect for what we needed. The receptionist met us there as planned and went through all the details and told us places to visit which was helpful. Good location to walk or get the tube to places easily. Had an iron and kettle and changed towels if you wanted. Down a quiet side street so was quiet at night and felt safe.
Was perfect for our stay and no real complaints, just could do with a lick of paint and sealant in areas to update it.

Check in was easy and staff were very helpful and provided lots of information about the area. The suites are perfectly located with collosseum, roman forum, vitriano, trevi fountain and pantheon all just a short walk. Lots of choice for food and drink close too. The bed was very comfortable and fresh towels were provided everyday along with water also.

The room was comfortable although the shower was next to the bed, no privacy.
It wasn’t a hotel, they were apartments. Nobody contacted us, so we thought we were in the wrong place. It was just a hall, no signs at all. We didn’t know what to do, so I called them. She gave us instructions and said her colleague wasn’t there, we did access the room. He came later, we waited for him. It was terrible, also because it was in a small alley and I didn’t feel safe.
