Great communication, clean room, helpful staff on location. Great location !

Very central location, within walking distance to Roma Termini and well connected in general by public transport. The windows were well glazed so street sound was inaudible when closed. Staff communication was great and access instructions were very clear. Firm but comfortable bed.
The shower was very small - an enclosed unit with a low roof (but we are tall!).

The bed at the hotel is extremely comfortable. After a tiring day of sightseeing, it is so important to get a good rest in bed. The hotel interior is also very clean and beautiful with brand-new facilities. It has truly been a wonderful stay.
