*The owners are very nice
*You spend time in a real residential neighborhood
*The accommodation is clean.
*The bed was very comfortable (which is not common in Asia)
*You have a quite authentic experience from japanese countryside
*You enjoy quite unusual type of a bathroom
*As a surprise the owner took myself and other guests to the bus station in his car (which was very much appreciated 🙏)

Hosts were very kind, bikes available to rent (cash only), room was comfortable and spacious, host provided a ride back to bus station, entire space was very clean
Nothing, thought it was excellent. Bit of a walk to the location from the bus stop, but nice to be out of the main area

The couple was super nice and helpful, offered us their bikes onsite for a small fee and drove us back to train station. Gave us recommendations for activities and food to go! Typical Japanese accommodation

It's an okay pension for staying one or two days close to Mt Fuji.
There is only one toilet to share for the entire guests. This can lead to long waiting times, especially in the evenings. Same holds true for the bath room. Once there is a guy deciding to take a bath you can wait for hours to take a shower. In general, this is unbearable for a family of four! In particular, because as a family you pay quadruple prices, even for young kids! It's bad value for money and I would not stay there again!
The neighbourhood of the pension is okay, but nothing more. It was one out of two unplesant stays in a four weeks trip through Japan!
