The night staff were fantastic. The blonde lady who finished at 11pm was really helpful with our booking request. (Didn't get her name) Hayley checked us in and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely staff

Close to pub and supermarkets, room was fairly cozy.
Zero sound proofing - could hear people in room next door and tv opposite. Guy next door came out to shout at the person opposite for their music being too loud.
The bathroom extractor fan is far too loud - it’s annoyingly still in your face even with the bathroom door closed!
The room was not the cleanest - single bed had many stains. The floor had a wet patch which made my socks wet! The bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied. The side shelf had been removed and nothing done to patch up what remained. The shower gel was empty.
