Very accessible to all amenities. Very clean hotel and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Nothing to fault about, I would have said few parking slots but considering the location. The limited parking slots is understandable.

I loved the big windows in the room it made it feel luxurious. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. The bar staff were really attentive and polite.
My radiator in my room wouldn’t come on and it was a bit cold. It wasn’t unbearable so I did not report it.

1- staff
2- the housekeeping team
1- no one supported you to carry your items.z
2- 2 times I moved from hotels and returned back because you can not continue your stay all days fully booked without informed you if you like for extended your stay or not.
3- the hotel nearby the bus station and nearby the main road, too noisy
4- I hope for future they develop the booking issues and to understand our comments.
5a the last , in Preston only this hotel and many Arabic studies there, you don’t have many options for the breakfast , my advice if they try to develop to international.z
