Lovely apartment and great location.

Location was ideal and the apartment had very large comfortable beds. Ideal for a family. Very stylish apartment with everything you needed.

Parking was a little confusing. Maybe put a binder in the apartment with instructions on where to park and how to use the other facilities. The Host was great and always responded to my messages but sometimes I felt that it would have been much easier if we had a directory in the apartment explaining everything. Also include places to eat and visit would be very helpful. And a how to use the TV guide would be helpful.

Great apt super location

Great location, walking distance to Old Town and Kazimierz, comfortable and spacious apt, swimming pool for small charge.

Only a small thing, but some information on local area restaurants and transport would have been nice.

Great place with parking spot close to downtown.

Great Hosts - very attentive and supportive, place was very nice and in a great area, I will come back with family/friends next time. I recommend

Great location and a nice building, but a dirty, unpleasant-smelling and poorly equipped apartment that was a major disa

The location was excellent, and the apartment complex itself was very nice. The building was well-maintained, and we had no complaints about the surrounding area.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself was extremely disappointing. The smell was horrendous, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. There were numerous items left around the apartment that should have been stored away before our arrival. Even worse, we found rubbish from the vacuum cleaner left in the bin when we checked in, which I also photographed. Basic amenities were either missing or inadequate. There was no liquid hand soap, only a bar of soap, and several questionable, unlabeled bottles of unknown origin were left in the shower. For a five-night stay, we were provided with just one dishwasher tablet and no spare bin bags whatsoever. The apartment also lacked proper lighting and bedside tables. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and inadequately prepared for guests. The standard of cleanliness and attention to detail was simply unacceptable.
