In the pretty "Residenza Arcobaleno" we offer you a tastefully furnished 2-room apartment upstairs and an attractive 3½-room terraced house. It is a beautiful, quiet and sunny panoramic location on the edge of the romantic village of Pino. In about 5 minutes walk to a "mom and pop shop" and in about 800 meters the public beach and a good restaurant / pizzeria in a beautiful location right on the lake. About 1.5 km away is a very beautiful beach area with lawn and children's playground, a good restaurant and a wind and kitesurfing school. A wide network with beautiful walking and hiking trails covers the area and is practically in front of the residence. The 2-room apartment has a single garage. Otherwise there are numerous free parking spaces above the residence. The tastefully furnished 2-room apartment "Appartamento Arco" is located upstairs. On approximately 55 m² of living space spread over a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Both the living / dining room and the approximately 15 m² large balcony enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake, the islands of Brissago and the Alps. The apartment has a 17 m² single garage in about 80 meters away. There are also plenty of free parking spaces above the residence. Pets are not allowed.
