The idyllic two-story residence consists of 3 buildings, each with 6 apartments, and Casa Romantica, which features four one-bedroom corner apartments. �� The pool is a great recreational asset: Depending on the weather, the pool is scheduled to be open from mid-May through the end of September. From the front of the residence, you have direct access to the small village of Pino. A corner store is about a 3-minute walk away, and the public beach is about 1 km away. If you exit the residence through the back, you’ll find yourself right in the forest, with an extensive network of walking and hiking trails. Here, you can explore the surrounding area on well-marked hiking trails and discover the many facets of Lake Maggiore. ��The four one-bedroom corner apartments in Casa Romantica are furnished with great attention to detail, in an extremely tasteful and individual style. A renowned interior designer has devoted herself to the furnishings, decor, and custom murals with great passion and enthusiasm. As a result, each apartment now has its own unique charm and is themed around a motif inspired by the apartment’s name. In case you don’t want to be completely cut off from the rest of the world while on vacation, free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all apartments at Casa Romantica.
