Very nice, clean condo to rent. The beds were very comfortable. We ate out for most meals, but we did have everything we needed to make a meal. The only thing that wasn't provided were paper towels. The parking situation was limited but you can fit a small car in the garage. We rented the condo because we were in town for a wedding. It was very nice because everything was in walking distance. Very close to the beach and fun zone. Overall, I would rent this property again.

This place is absolutely amazing!! Great location only a block from the beach. With beautiful view of the bay. The host was very accommodating for all of our needs. Highly recommend this gorgeous place!

A beautiful place to stay for our grandson's college graduation at Cal State Long Beach. It’s not beachfront (Newport Beach), but very close and has great harbor views from two of the bedrooms. Quiet end of East Balboa Dr, but just a couple blocks from restaurants and shops. It does sit above the narrow tandem garage, so lots of stairs to climb to the main level and a second flight up to the bedrooms, if that’s an issue. Communication with owners/managers was prompt and pleasant when we messaged them, but after booking months ahead, there wasn’t any other communication until the week or so before, which made us (me) a bit unsure we were still booked until I checked two weeks before, but we loved our stay.
