Enjoy a hotel experience in this quentisential beach house that is only 3/10 mile (7 minute walk) down the lane to the best Family Beach in Chatham. Ridgevale Beach great for kids, a snack bar, kayak and sailboat rentals available.
The house has professionally maintained gardens and grounds, outdoor shower and yard offers comfortable privacy that is buffered by conservation land. Inside there are three bedrooms, TWO full baths and a washer and dryer, (2) flat screen televisions, a sound system, an open kitchen, living and dining area - simply all you need.
Outdoor shower and clothesline.
Weber propane grill and Weber charcoal grill, also has fire pit.
No need to drive your car to the beach and pay to park your car, just throw your towel over your shoulder, and walk down to the beach.
The Cape Cod Bike path is 1/2 mile and fresh water Schoolhouse Pond 1 mile. Three miles to beautiful downtown Chatham for Friday night band concerts, Cape Cod Chatham A's baseball games, great restaurants.

This cottage has everything you need. Kitchen is nicely appointed, back deck set up is comfortable and the living room has plenty of seating The host answered messages quickly. We found him friendly and accommodating There are 3 beaches within a stones throw of the cottage

The house was beautiful and everything was convenient. Proximity to the beach great!Landscaping gorgeous! The only concern is the drop off in back if young children are staying. I was able to provide gates for deck and move a few breakable items out of reach so it was a non-issue. Thanks

Stayed with our 3 year old and baby. We were grateful that we could borrow a pack and play, and could use the beach things. The wagon in particular was so helpful for lugging the kids and all the stuff back and forth. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower and being able to grill! Had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great vacation home in an excellent location. It's an easy walk to the beach and short drive/walk to Marion's pie shop. Great ice cream and restaurants not far and 3 Fins coffee is only about a 10 min. drive.The house is well equipped and suited our family of 4 adults. We appreciated the outdoor shower, Weber grill and comfortable deck furniture. The front yard is beautifully landscaped with the back treed and private.Overall a very positive week on the Cape with a very informative and responsive host, also accurate pictures.
