This hotel is in a great location for visiting Hanoi’s main attractions. You can walk to many places, and Grab rides are also very affordable.
What really made my stay special, though, was the incredibly kind and caring staff. From the very beginning, they were so friendly and welcoming, always telling me to let them know if I needed anything or if there was anything they could do to help.
Unfortunately, I became unwell on the day of my checkout, but when I asked for help, the staff kindly went out to buy me a drink and did everything they could to make me feel better.
Thank you so much for all your kindness and support. Without you, I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my time in Hanoi until the very end! I’m truly grateful to have stayed here, and I would love to come back again.
Highly recommended for both the location and, above all, the wonderful hospitality!

It was an amazing hospitality and coziest stay in its true sense. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Ms Queen, Ms Sophiya and Mr. Don are enthusiastically ready to extend all the support and render assistance at the 24/7 help desk. All the information on the local tourism is available at the counter. Ms Kelly, the owner, personally monitors herself and goes extra mile to ensure that the guests are comfortable and have happy stay. Vietnam was 20th country of our visit. Stay at Hanoi Aria Central Hotel & Spa made it memorable. Kudos to you Ms Kelly and your dedicated team for that great service.
There is nothing to dislike. Everything was great. A mirror in the hall would have been an icing on the cake
