Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming, from the smooth check-in process to the tiny details in the room. The lighting was warm and cozy, the bed was unbelievably soft, and the room always felt fresh and peaceful whenever I came back. One evening it started raining heavily while I was out exploring, and when I returned completely soaked, the staff immediately offered me tea and towels with the sweetest smiles. I know it sounds simple, but that small act of kindness genuinely made me feel cared for. Hanoi is already beautiful, but staying here somehow made the whole trip feel softer and warmer.

I rarely write hotel reviews, but our stay at Valoria Hanoi Hotel truly deserved one. From the first day, the staff treated us with such genuine kindness that we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The hotel is newly decorated with many new furnitures. After long days walking around Hanoi, coming back to the hotel honestly felt like coming home. The room was always perfectly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every small detail was carefully prepared. One ovening it started raining heavily while we were outside, and the staff welcomed us back with warm tea and smiles. They are very polite and cute! It may seem like a small thing, but moments like that made our stay unforgettable.

Hotel staff nice. Foyer clean. Good variety of breakfast food included.
Shower very weak (could be issue with pressure on seven floor).
Room has zero view. Basically a box.
Not good value for 120 aud (90 USD) a night discounted down to 40 aud. Even 40 aud value is not good and other hotels in Hanoi are better in facilities, comfort etc.
