This is a new hotel, and everything works as expected. The staff is super helpful and caring. They arranged same-day laundry for us and even offered to open breakfast early because we had an early checkout.
Keep in mind that the hotel is brand new(October 26), so there is still some construction work going on, and some outdoor lights haven't been installed yet. However, none of this was a real disturbance.
