The property is clean, spacious, great location and amazing breakfast (and views). The proprietors are amazing hosts. They are very helpful and even helped us avoid missing a shuttle. I would recommend this place to everyone. And if you do go, say hi to their dog, Jun.. a very friendly dog who loves pets but is to shy to ask for them.

Lovely location, nice, clean, and comfortable room. We enjoyed the pool area, going for bike rides, and the delicious cooked-to-order breakfast on the upstairs deck. Tremendous value. All of the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful, especially the owner, Nga, who is a gem! She helped us tremendously by arranging rides, offering suggestions, and just generally making sure everything went smoothly. We liked that the location was in a quieter area but near the busier part of town- a great combo. Highly recommend Tam Coc Sunshine Homestay!
