Satisfied.

The accommodation and amenities were on point.

Location was too far from center of London. The price seem to be a little steep.

It took a while to understand the door locking mechanism The key handle needed to be pulled up before turning the key to lock (both inside and outside). A diagram may help.

Disappointing. The appartement needs a refresh for the price that is too high.

Location was great.

Disappointing. Too noisy, appartement is not in good state and the bathroom smells bad. The bed is also not confortable at all. The TV didn't work. I don't recommend this property.

Wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me

It was clean

Firstly it was not in the location it said it was. It was listed as 14 Rue Saint-Lazare, 75009 which is a lovely area and where I wanted to be. I had booked a cab through booking .com so when I arrived this is where my cab brought me. I checked the address and it was in fact -Rue Duperré 75009 which is up in the Pigalle and not a nice area surrounded by sex shops. If I had known this I would not have booked. Then I realised I had not actually been sent any check in details so I had to call the customer services from the cab. So when I arrived the door to the studio was directly on the street, which made me feel very unsafe. This was not made clear in the booking , again I would not have booked had I known this. Secondly on entering the smell of damp was very strong. It was also boiling hot with no AC. There was just a very weak fan which did nothing. I opened a window to let some air in . When I went to leave the window would not close so I called customer services. Hi explained that I couldn’t leave as the window opens directly in to the street, and was late to meet a friend. She asked me to email a video of the window before she could send someone. I tried but the video would not attach for some reason. I called back and explained, she said she couldn’t send anyone until she received the video. There was NO apology. I said I was leaving with all my valuables with me and if no one came while I was out I would check out in the morning. When I got back later that night the window had been fixed but I had not received any messages or emails to let me know. That night I had no sleep as there was partying in the street and people were right outside my door a few feet from my bed so I felt very unsafe. I checked out in the morning.

Excellent emplacement, le studio est fourni de tout le nécessaire. La concierge est très disponible et à l'écoute. En suivant les instruction, l'entrée est simple à trouver.

L'isolement acoustic n'est pas excellent mais la rue n'est pas passante
