This approximately 820 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended-season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. We absolutely loved the location and this condo! We have stayed at this complex before. It is a great place to stay. A few things to keep in mind, there are no ceiling fans. Also, we cook all of our meals when we are at the beach and we love to sit out on the balcony to eat however, this one did not have a dining table for our family. If you’re not eating a lot of meals at the condo, it’s not a big deal. Lastly, this condo has actual keys that you need to keep up with instead of a keypad. Other than that, we were very pleased. We love that this is a smaller condo complex so it is not too crowded on the beach. Communication with the owner was very easy. Anytime I texted a question, I got a response very quickly. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Recommended highly. Great view. Only a couple items, Refrigerator door and bathroom was a little cramped. Appliance was extremely clean as overall condo. View great. I would rent again.

Needs updating. Lots of prior water damage around return ac vent and showers. The smell of pinesol would knock you down when you entered condo. Floors were not cleaned very good. Had to go buy a mop and clean them again. Needs cleaning attention to smaller areas such as closets and shower curtain liners. Over half of the wall outlets didn't work. Great location thought!
