Surf Side Shores #1604 is a Gulf-front condominium located on the sixth floor of Building I, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 820 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.
The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.
Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: King bed with an attached bathroom featuring a custom tiled stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals. Once you book you will receive more detailed information. Activities that require reservations can be done 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

This is a great condo ! Everything was exactly as pictured and was very clean. The view is wonderful and we loved the short distance to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and location. The ocean was gorgeous! We were a little nervous with our little ones (3 year old and 10 month old) and the spacing between the rails on the outdoor patio but otherwise, the place was perfect for our family!

Was disappointed. Our stay in this unit 2 years ago was immaculate, however, this time there was a lot of peeling paint, leaky faucets, dirty and musty smelling furniture, wet spots on our bed that soaked all the way through to the mattress, and the pool was nasty. We do not plan to stay here again.
