Bedknobs and Broomsticks is located in the most sought after, family friendly, private community directly across the street from the Disney Resort. Whether you walk 10 minutes to the Mickey and Friends FREE tram that takes you to the front gates of the park, or 15 minutes to Downtown Disney, you just can’t beat the location. Enjoy quiet, hassle free, “backstage” access to the wonderful world of Disney and all the nearby shops and entertainment, right within walking distance of our home.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current REG Permit # REG2015-00170
+ Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants (6 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single car garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No outside parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours 9am - 10pm.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement for their reservation.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Very convenient to Downtown Disney and Disneyland. The place is much older than it appears in the pictures. Quite a bit of ware and tare. For what we needed it did the trick. Not spectacular but if your looking for somewhere to lay your head between Disney and beach it was sufficient.

Great location. Ideal for families. Nice to have a pool and playground at the location as well.

The location was very close to Disneyland. We went for a graduation at the Honda Center and last minute decided not to go to Disneyland. It is more a place for fewer adults and more children who may all not need the shower or use the bathroom at same time. There were two toilets but only one shower/bath. There were minimal hangers for nicer clothing to be hung. Light bulbs went out. There were minimal electric outlets for phones, etc. I felt like all the money we paid was for proximity to Disneyland. The external of the units felt safe but were not well kept. Parking was easy and great. I did not like that I had to fill out a form for anyone visiting us. We ended up not having any visitors but listing anyone who could have arrived to see us felt a bit invasive and it was time consuming. This place is great for a family with multiple kids who want to be close to the park, no visitors. This was a decent, no frills, but spendy property.
