About this house rental
PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at any time or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.
We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Anaheim (Lic. #REG2014-00150) This lovely single family home is less than 1 mile from Disneyland or 15–20 minutes depending on how you walk. Our house is in the huge lot with the very nice neighborhood; it is close and convenient to everything. With the completely remodeled house, you will feel warm and welcome in this lovely house. The living room has a Direct TV for you to enjoy in family time. With an additional TV in the Master Bedroom and one in one of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully functioning to get ready to serve. Our dining room is connected directly with a living room where your family can enjoy family dinner.
The master bedroom has a beautiful king set with a twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have queen & twin beds for other family members to stay together.
Outside you will have the huge covered patio where you can see fireworks from Disneyland during nighttime.
We also have the laundry room available, and the whole house is Wi-Fi internet ready for you to enjoy while on vacation. For the baby, we have a stroller, high chair and crib. We hope our house provide you with everything that make your vacation magical and unforgettable.
At our corner streets, there are big shopping centers where you can walk in less than 5 minutes from home. You can find; Bank of America, Chase Bank, gas station, Food4Less supermarket, Walmart, McDonald, Starbucks, Arby’s, Taco Bell, China Buffet and a lot more…

Update 2/11/2021: Due to large complaints from the city and neighbors, the Game Room will be closed from now on.
Update 2/11/2021: Added 3 more TVs, one in the Master room, another in 1 of the 3 bedrooms and 1 in the living room.

Property is about a 1.5 mile walk from the park entrance going through Downtown Disney. We have teenage/adult children, so it was ok for us, but I definitely wouldn’t do it with younger children. Linens and towels were clean; however, floors and baseboards were very dirty. Our feet/socks were black after walking on the floors. House is mostly as described; however, the game room listed was not usable. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable.

This home is about a 1.5 mile walk from the entrance to Disneyland. It’s a great location with a grocery store/pharmacy/coffee and donuts all right around the corner. There are several restaurants also within walking distance. The kitchen is clean and has most of what you need for cooking. Pans aren’t the best, but typical for a rental. There’s filtered water at the sink and ice cube trays in the freezer. We appreciated having 3 bathrooms for our family of 6. We found one of the queen beds to be too hard to sleep on, but everything else was comfortable. The laundry is great, making it easy to go home with clean clothes, and there were plenty of towels in bathrooms and the linen closet. Signs were posted to inform us of house rules and info. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

The house was very beautiful and clean. The Host Tony was so helpful and friendly. We had no issues getting into the house and the area was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this house to others.
